We are not just any care home and we pride ourselves in putting individuals at the heart of everything we do.  We aim to deliver and create special experiences to allow individuals living with Dementia, long term conditions and complex care needs to live as independently as possible and continue to enjoy life to the full.  How do we do this? To care for someone we firstly need to get to know you, you as a person, your likes, dislikes and from there we develop and create a plan of care that is personalised and led by you.
