CHC Freedom of Information Request sent to ICBs
Care England sent a freedom of information request to all Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) regarding CHC payments made to Older Person’s Adult Social Care providers. As part of this, we requested data for the Mean, Median, Lowest and Highest rates paid per ICB. We also requested information to show:- The List of Local Authorities in the ICB Boundary; How many Individuals the ICB were funding CHC; How the ICB facilitated CHC-related engagement with their local care providers; and the appropriate contact details for Inflationary uplifts, Fee reviews, Commissioning and Payment and Invoice Queries.
