Fulcrum Care is an operations consulting firm with the aim of “helping care” via a team of 30+ experienced consultants. We have four service offerings:

- Responsive turnaround support for care homes with compliance issues working alongside legal and financial institutions to achieve regulatory compliance and meet commissioners’ expectations
- Proactive assurance and operational due diligence (for banks and investors)
- Value addition: Improving commercial performance of care assets or implementing technology solutions to deliver better outcomes for stakeholders
- Turnkey management of care assets for investors (mitigating the risks of care home management)
Providers can choose either:
A free two-hour consultation for Care England Members or a one-hour consultation for non-members, via a dedicated advice line (0333 242 3633). Advice can cover areas such as safeguarding matters, review of action plans, care planning, or recruitment systems etc. To be redeemed by 31 July 2023. Contact care-england-offer@fulcrum.care

A mini mock inspection carried out remotely free of cost. Member organisations are required to upload six items of information and will be provided with verbal feedback on the compliance standing of the care service.
