At Embrace Care we embrace individuals for all that they are; unique, multi-faceted and brilliantly complex. We know that human need does not fit into categories of care, and we also understand the complexities of planning this for some of the most vulnerable adults. We provide our services in a supported living setting offering a wrap-around of support from experienced professionals using our therapeutic model consisting of PACE, PERMA and PBS.
