Grant Thornton: The mounting pressures on social care following the budget and the sustainability of the sector

Grant Thornton led a panel of advisors, investors and care providers who discussed the mounting pressures on the social care sector. Over the last few years, the sector has been hit with an unprecedented number of challenges including the rise in National Insurance and National Living Wage and continued funding constraints to name a few.  The panel discussed how these challenges have affected their business and clients and looked at the sustainability of the sector and at what solutions could support individuals and businesses in social care.
