Regulatory and Governance Group

Issues relating to regulation and governance are enormously hot topics at present, ranging from issues with the Care Quality Commission, to the development of Integrated Care Systems. We expect these issues to continue and likely increase in complexity over the coming weeks and months. Our Regulatory and Governance Group is aimed at better supporting our members on all matters pertaining to regulation and governance.

This group meets monthly, with the agenda of each meeting guided by pertinent issues, which Care England would then work, in collaboration with members and legal representation, to address. The group also represents a forum for sharing best practice and advice between providers.
