We’re also excited to announce our latest continence care solution, Orizon SMART. This is a rechargeable sensor that attaches to smart continence products and notifies the caregiver when the product requires changing. It comprises of a top-quality all-in-one slip, with a printed sensor, a transmitter clipped onto the slip, plus a mobile and web application. The combination accurately determines the saturation level of the product as well as the risk of leakage and alerts caregivers when it is necessary to change the product. This enables tailored, individual incontinence support for residents. The smart slip also reduces the environmental impact of care homes by decreasing unnecessary product usage, bed leakages and allowing savings on laundry.
