Optimum Support is registered by CQC, to provide support to adults with various forms of mental illnesses, including dual diagnosis and complex needs, as well as those discharged on various sections of the Metal health Act including sec 37/41.

We offer person-centred support to service users, committed to their safety, wellbeing and promote their independence.

We provide a warm, supportive, and homely environment for our service users in the residential home.

In our Supported Living services, we offer initial graded support to individuals in their own homes, supporting them on agreed plans to increase their daily living skills and independence.

Our aims are to recognize and promote the individuality of our service users, taking into account the diversity of needs of the service users, offering a person-centred care and support to promote their independence
