• During the course, of the Pandemic and lockdowns a stocktake was undertaken with the market and included information gathered around financial impact, in addition to MS Teams sessions
• The decision for the uplift rate was made with regard, to available Budget whilst being informed by market pressures from intelligence gathered from providers stocktake data and MS Teams market engagement sessions
