of London (CoL) responds as follows:

The
CoL do not have a base rate for services listed below, owing to low
numbers. Placements are spot purchased based on client's assessed
needs. Additionally, there are no care homes located in the CoL and
therefore the response to all of your enquiries below is N/A.
