Thank you for your freedom of information request. We have now considered your request  to all the questions in relation to Adult Social Care and are in a position to respond. 

You asked:

1. What is your LA’s 2020/21 Nursing Fee Base Rate be? (excluding FNC)

2. What is your LA’s 2020/21 Nursing Dementia Fee Base Rate? (excluding FNC)

Our response:

For our block contract for nursing care for older people our contracted nursing (including nursing dementia) rate is £865.62 (incl FNC) per bed per week.

All other nursing and nursing dementia placements for older people are negotiated on an individual basis based around a customer’s assessed needs.

You asked:

3. What is your LA’s 2020/21 Residential Fee Base Rate?  

4. What is your LA’s 2020/21 Residential Dementia Fee Base Rate?  

Our response:

For our block contract residential and care for older people our contracted residential rate (including residential dementia) is £690.10 per bed per week. All other residential and residential dementia placements for older people are negotiated on an individual basis based around a customer’s assessed needs.

You asked:

5. Were your LA’s 2020/21 fee rates based upon an assumed occupancy level? If so, what rate?
