Fraser joined Care England as a Policy Officer in April 2022 following the completion of his degree in (BA) Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in public policy.
Fraser is a firm believer that knowledge is power, and works to ensure that providers are well-equipped to address the systemic issues they face so that they can continue to empower those in need of care. Because of this, Fraser has a keen interest in the Integration, Digitalisation and Funding agendas.
As part of this work, Fraser has taken a central role in facilitating Care England’s Market Intelligence System, MINT.
Fraser also holds the role of Regional Liaison Officer for the East of England as part of the Digital Social Care grant agreement. Acting as one of seven regional representatives, Fraser works to maintain and grow engagement from primarily adult social care providers and staff with their regional Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
