Unified Care is a values driven company with a holistic approach to care. Specialising in autism (National Autistic Society accredited), mental health, alcohol misuse, transient individuals, the elderly and dementia, in homely supported living and residential settings with contemporary interiors and garden access.
Our ethos is to nurture each individual in our community to become the best versions of themselves. We deliver this through our culture and processes including structured support with health, finance, religious and spiritual wellbeing, empowering daily living skills, travelling, employment support, relationship building via the outcome star method.
Our community are constantly evolving with the needs of the people we support, integrating cutting edge methods such as sensory rooms, sensory baths, music therapy, dance lessons, yoga, meditation and personal training sessions, and annual holidays (UK and abroad).
